Open the questionaire, fill out the adoption questionnaire completely including lots of information about you, your family, your current pets and your previous pets.
Incomplete questionnaires will not be considered.

The typical adoption fees range from $200 to $500 depending on the age and health of the dog/pup.
We are ALL VOLUNTEERS, so not all applications will be answered. You will be contacted if you may be a good match for a particular doggie.
