Our Currently Available Dogs
Hello, I'm Tina!
Tina is a sweet, gentle, and playful dog almost 2 years old and weighing 11 pounds. She is a very shy, unique looking Min Pin and Chihuahua mix who is in need of a forever home where she can feel safe and loved once again. Tina has had a rough life already, as it looks like she has suffered some abuse and was left outside Front Street Shelter parking lot when they were closed. She spent over a month in the shelter before being taken into Little Paws Doggie Rescue, but because of her experience she has been very wary of people. With patience and kindness however, she has begun to trust again and it has been wonderful to see her grow in confidence. Tina is a loyal and loving dog who is very food, motivated and agile, and would probably make a great agility dog. She is active and would be a great companion for someone who can give her the attention, love and care she needs, helping her to trust again and providing her with a safe environment to thrive. Tina has a wonderful, playful side and loves to steal socks and shoes, (though she doesn't eat them)! She also loves toys and she hasn't met a toy she doesn't love! One of her favorite things is taking the stuffing out of them, she also loves to play fetch with her favorite toys! She has adorable cute floppy ears, long legs and a corkscrew tail. Tina loves using the doggy door and is great with steps and ramps too. She is housebroken, pee pad trained, crate trained, microchipped, vaccinated and spayed. She is good with other dogs but we are not sure about cats. Her adoption fee is $500. If you think you could be Tina's special person to give her the home she deserves, or you have any questions, please fill out an adoption questionnaire. Thank you.

- If it seems like it would be a possible match you will receive a phone call.
- If it still seems like it might be a good match, we schedule a time for you, your current dog, if applicable, the foster dog and the Little Paws foster parent to meet. There may be more than one family meeting the same dog.
- If Little Paws, the foster dog and the applicant agree that it's a good match, a home check may be performed.

- Then we complete the adoption!
The typical adoption fees range from $400 to $800 depending on the age and health of the dog/pup.
We do not ship dogs for any reason.
